A user that successfully completes the E8 evaluation phase and moves to an E8 Account may receive a refund of the fee with his or her first payout. Other than those users who successfully complete the evaluation and move on to an E8 Account, users not eligible to receive a refund once that user has begun to make trades from their E8 Evaluation account. If a you would like to receive a refund within 30 days of signing up for your account and before you have made any trades on your E8 Evaluation account, simply contact us and we will process a refund. Please note that you are not eligible for a refund after the earlier of 30 days from the date of initial purchase or the date the user first executed a simulated trade on the account.
