If you violate the rules, you can buy a new account and start the process over when you feel you are ready. E8 or E8 Track and the corresponding Trader Agreement will be terminated if you violate a Trading Objective or Rule. You can try over again and order a new Evaluation if you wish to become an E8 Trader, but no discount will be provided.
