If you violate the rules, you can buy a new account and start the process over when you feel you are ready. E8, E8 Track or ELEV8 account and the corresponding Proprietary Trader Agreement will be terminated if you violate a Trading Objective or Rule. Also, the initial paid fee for the related Funding Evaluation will be forfeited. You can try over again and order a new Evaluation if you wish to become an E8 Funded trader, but no discount will be provided.
