Scaling for E8 Track accounts.

First part :
You get to keep the balance that is captured during withdrawal.
Ex: You move from $100,000 to $105,000 and your new funded balance will stay at $105,000

This means that the daily 5% and initial deposit loss of 8% will count of $105,000 and you won't be starting again from the deposit you had.

Second part:
You get to scale your initial deposit drawdown up to 14%.
Every single withdrawal that is processed, increases your initial deposit drawdown by 1%, up to 14%.
