Refund policy

We offer a 5 % payout bonus for the first payout on the E8, E8 Track, E8 One and E8 Pro.

We do not offer bonus in form of refunding the subscription fee with first payout share.

For example:If you make a profit of $20,000 with an 80 % profit split on your E8 account, your first performance bonus will be $17,000 (85 %) instead of $16,000.  

Other than those users who successfully complete the evaluation and move on to an E8 Account once you begin trading your E8, E8 Track evaluation you are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to receive a refund before taking any trades on your account, simply contact us and we will process a refund. However, refunds are not eligible after the earlier of (a) 30 days from the date of initial purchase or (b) the date the trader first executed a trade on the account.

Also, it is important to note that there is no maximum trading days or time limit, however, after 90 days of inactivity, the account is disabled and there is no entitlement to a refund.
To avoid this deactivation, you need to place at least one trade in this period. This applies also to newly purchased accounts on which you did not place any trade.
